N-ERGY to Continue to Sponsor Michelle Theriault: Rookie Driver Will Take Sponsor to New Team

Statesville, NC - Even though rookie USAR series sensation driver Michelle Theriault and Premiere Motorsports announced that they have parted ways, N-ergy, the team's primary sponsor, will move with the driver to the yet-to-be-determined team.

"N-ergy is very pleased with Michelle as a spokesperson for the company as well as a standout driver," said James C. Lestorti, CEO of N-ergy of North Carolina, Inc. "Michelle has a lot of opportunities right now, and we will continue to support her."

Most recently, N-ergy reorganized and named James C. Lestorti as Chief Executive Officer. Lestorti is also the CEO of LesCare Kitchens, Inc., located in Statesville, North Carolina and Waterbury, Connecticut.

Lestorti who has also been a long time friend of the Theriault family, was recently named as Michelle's business manager.

N-ergy is the only all natural, low calorie energy drink containing no caffeine, no carbohydrates, and is the fastest source of energy through a drink source on the market. The drink has been in development since 1995 and just recently introduced to market. Currently N-ergy is sold online and in various retail stores in the southeast.

About LesCare Kitchens, Inc.: LesCare is a builder of custom and semi-custom cabinets and is the largest privately owned cabinet manufacturer in North America. The company originally started out as a family operation 59 years ago in Waterbury, Connecticut. Today it is still a privately owned company, headed by CEO James C.
