She moved into 600 cc micros at the end of 2002. She was rookie of the year in 2003 in the NAMARS 600 cc series as well as 4th in points. Current Season: Arin started out the season campaigning her 600 cc micro as she was not able to race her USAC Ford Focus Midget until she turned 16 in July. She also attended Skip Barber driving school at Road America. This was to prepare her for her debut in SCCA competition in a Formula 500 car.

Upon turning 16, the 600 car was parked and she started competing in her Ford Focus Midget. Her best finish in this car was a 2nd at the prestigious Bellville Nationals. She competed twice in the Formula 500 car with the best finish of 4th at Mid Ohio. She also wrapped up the track championship in the non wing division at Bakesfield Raceway park in her 600 car, along with a 2nd place national finish in the UMSRA. Arin also ran 5 races late in the season in her Stealth 410 nonwing sprint car and is looking for an exciting season in 2006.

Racing Goals: Arin Mcintosh is excited about the 2006 season as she strikes out in a new division with her 410 sprint car. She understands that every time she moves up, the level of competition increases, but still believes that her first sprint car win will happen in 2006.
